10/15 min walk from uni, 4-5 minute walk from Elm Grove. Near two local convenience shops with bus stops nearby.

All bills included (except TV license), with two toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs in shower room).

Sizeable kitchen with plenty of storage, with fridge freezer, gas hob and oven.

Housemate should be clean and nice.
