hi, we're a mix gendered UNI student house share in Fratton looking for 1 or two new housemates!

we already have 4 people in the house and since me and my girlfriend share 1 room we have 2 rooms available. the hmo licence of the house allows for more than 5 tenants so that means that 2 people could move in (which means each will only have to pay £398 per month bills inlc.) or just one person can move in and have both rooms (paying £477 per month bills incl.) both rooms are double bed rooms and fully furnished and both available to move in ASAP!

the house is located on Grayshott road In Southsea, 5 minutes walking distance away from Lidl with a university bus stop 3 minutes walking distance away that takes you to campus in 15 minutes! we also have Fratton train station a 15 minute walk away as well so this is also a good option for students studying at Chichester as well!

we are all creative, LGBTQ+ friendly, sociable, tidy, clean, respectful and we all put a huge effort in to creating a safe, friendly and open minded environment for everyone in the house :)
