This is situated at the rear of the house, where it is quiet. The room overlooks the small courtyard garden that is a real sun trap. The room is just newly painted and carpeted and furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Bedding (double duvet and 2 pillows) can be included for an additional one off payment of £50 these can be disposed of when vacating or taken with you.

Room is located at the top of the stairs, in a 4 bedroomed house. The bathroom is shared and located downstairs.
