We’re looking for a 5th housemate to join us down southsea in our shared 5 bed house.
One of the housemates we were meant to move in with dropped out just before moving so we’re looking for someone to take his
place.
Close to big shops in a nice area!
We have two cats and two rabbits (one of my cats wanted to be in all the photos apparently) so I hope that’s okay!
We also have a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom
Rent is 440
Bills are 88 (unlimited gas and electric with the best Virgin WiFi)
Council tax we’re guessing will be about £25 a month but we’re just waiting to confirm that.
