To the north, the mainline train station is just a few minutes walk away and to the south, the ever-lively Albert Road and Southsea seafront is far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle, but close enough to visit by foot. The Pompey Centre with its Lidl and Tesco Superstores and fast food restaurants, as well as Fratton Park football ground, is also just a few minutes walk.

• Parking permits are required daily but only between the hours of 4PM-6PM. You should contact Portsmouth council to check the availability of permits.
