Hi, I have a large single room with cooking facilities. The room would suit a working gent, maybe a builder? (Because the other gent often walks around in his underwear), The room is close to bus routes and the train station, with lots of local shops. There are two parks nearby and the beach is a 20 minute walk. away. There are tiny dogs living downstairs so a dog lover would be preferred. But they stay downstairs most of the time and only pop up for a treat from the other lodger who is an older male
There is a resident parking scheme so you would need to pay a yearly parking permit if you drive. Most bills are included. TV license is not, and if the gas and electricity and council tax keep going up, we may have to discuss small rises in the future to keep up with the bills. At the moment those things are covered by the rent, but if they rise, it is only fair, that we may all have to contribute. I hope all this makes sense.
We are a laid back household, and it is a clean and tidy house, but not a palace. There are many beautiful rooms on here in immaculate houses, but this is not one of them. It's just an ordinary clean and tidy room, in an ordinary house.
