*ABOUT ME*
I'm Chloe and I'm a 21 year old professional, who works from home the majority of the time. I'm currently in my final year of university, so will be working full time from September. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and baking. I'm quite a sociable person and enjoy going out for drinks and having friends over for dinner, but I'm also respectful of those who prefer a quieter setting too.

*THE APARTMENT*
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms - as well as an open plan kitchen/living area and balcony. I currently occupy the bedroom with an en-suite, so you would have full use of the main bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, but includes fitted wardrobes - so you are free to make it your own. I've included a couple of photos showing how my current flatmate has filled the space, to give you an idea and show you can easily fit a double bed.

The kitchen and living space will be shared with me, and has equipment such as fridge, 2 ovens, hob, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. I have purchased other equipment such as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cake mixer, blender and microwave which you also have use of. I also have a sofa bed and TV in the living space, and will be using this space for my desk to work from home in.

*PARKING*
Tenants have use of one underground parking space, and two visitor permits, but there is often non-permitted street parking available too. I don't currently have a car, so you are welcome to use the underground parking, and if I get a car at a later date we can make arrangements.

*AMENITIES*
There are two large supermarkets a 10 minute walk away, and for the keen gym-goer there is a PureGym or LivingWell Health Club. For those who enjoy walks, the apartment is located between the town centre and Green Park, both within walking distance.
