I have a two bedroom house in Newtown (East Reading). I'm looking for someone who lives independently but enjoys a community feel
The available bedroom is large and has a large built in wardrobe, a double bed frame and mattress, and 2 sets of drawers. There is ample space in the room for a desk.

The house has a good sized garden, and an accessible attic for additional storage

Currently I work from home 3/4 days per week and my desk is in the centre of the house. So the room isn't suitable for someone who works from home

I'm open to pets, but sorry no yappy dogs!

On-street parking available if required, annual permit ~£50

Newtown is a great place to live, and the house is 2 minutes walk to the river, 20-25 minutes walk to the town and centre and University. Or quick everywhere by bike!
