Hi everyone! We’re 3rd-year Built Environment students looking for a 4th housemate for the 2026/27 academic year (move-in from July onwards).

📍 Location: De Beauvoir Road (around 10 minutes from campus)
🏡 House: Furnished 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus a nice garden
💷 Rent: £575pcm, excluding bills and council tax exempt
