I am having a double room to share with a female lodger. I and husband live in our newly built home. The room is in the 2nd floor and it has a Jack and Jill toilet, which will be shared with my daughter. There are two rooms in the 2nd floor and the second room will be used by our daughter who visits us occasionally during the university holidays.

Our home is 10 minutes walk to the reading university, 10 minutes walk to Lower Earley ASDA, Silverdale shops, surgery, McDonalds, KFC, Subways etc.

The 19C bus stop is 5 minutes walk and the 21 bus stop is 10 minutes walk.
