Primary schools, Kendrick girls & Reading girls schools & Reading university all within easy 30mins walking distance. 30 mins walk to Reading town main train station where you can get fast trains to London Paddington in 25 minutes. Off license shops and independent restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Green parks for walking or clycling within 30 minutes walk.
