The showroom, toilet and laundry rooms are separate from each other. There’s washing machine and dryer available in the laundry room.

The room is available furnished with desk and chair set up to work from home.

Location is a quiet residential area and within walking distance to local amenities such as Reading town center, Reading main station, Royal Berks Hospital and University of Reading.

Plenty of buses from the top of the road to and from the area too.
Easy access to local supermarkets and if you enjoy walking there are plenty of options available in the surrounding areas.
