We're looking for a clean and sociable person to join a great flat between Putney and Barnes. The flat is newly built, incredibly spacious and very comfortable.

You’ll be sharing with two working professionals aged 32 and 34 who like their sport, music, movies and going out. We’re looking for someone easy going, relaxed and up for the occasional drink at the pub or a Sunday roast dinner. The atmosphere is really chilled and friendly so we're looking for someone who shares similar values.

The room itself is very spacious with an En Suite, there is space for a TV unit or a desk, it's up to you.

The flat is a penthouse with a very large roof terrace that runs all around the flat.
