I are looking for a tenant to replace me. This is a two bed house. There is a 21 year old female living within the property. She is a student at Roehampton University and is happy to socialise. The house is located in a brilliant area. There’s a 5 minute walk to Motspur park station and a two minute walk to a bus stop. Bills are not included in this house however there is a spacious garden and a driveway . This house is in council tax band C, you will get a 25% discount as the other tenant is a student. My contract for this house ends on the 22nd of August.
