We have two refurbished luxury ensuite bedrooms with high ceilings available suitable for young professionals or mature students.

The bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair. We're flexible on furnishing: happy to add or remove pieces of furniture as per your needs.

The flat has three ensuite bedrooms, and the master ensuite with high ceilings, and the rear bedroom with a private bathroom are available. The rent is £381 pw or £1,650 pcm with all bills included for the master ensuite. The rear bedroom with the private bathroom is £300 pw or £1,300 pcm.

An excellent cleaner comes once a week, and the cost of this is included in the rent. Superfast 1GB broadband is also included.

The other flatmate will be a young female professional working in marketing. All bedrooms are en-suite/have their own bathrooms.

We have redeveloped the entire building, so the kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and furniture are all brand new and to the highest standards.

The kitchen has a tall fridge-freezer, washer dryer, gas hob, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The living room area has a long dining table and Julian Bowen chairs.

Putney is an affluent part of London, and the high street is full of amenities. Norroy Road is just off the high street, which is a few minutes' walking distance away. Putney train station is also within a five minute walk from the flats. The flats are on the opposite side to the train tracks, so you should not be affected by the noise from the trains.

Couples are only welcome to rent both rooms and perhaps use one of the bedrooms as a study.
