We have a room becoming available from the 13th of July (can wait for the right candidate ☺️) We are located in SW15, Roehampton. We live in a house in a quite close (Horndean Close).
The room is a double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair. There is also a built in storage space.
There would be three other girls living upstairs (Delina 28, Lea 17 and Maddy 30, -she is moving in August so there will be a new girl). There is one bathroom for you girls to share.
Partner and I live downstairs and we have a second small bathroom. We are mostly out all day, working. When we are home we like to keep to ourselves and we stay in our room mostly.
The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and utensils for your use. We also have two fridges, just so everyone got enough space. You have a fridge for 3, sharing with two other girls.
There are few shops in walking distance, where you can get groceries, there also is a post office, pharmacy, butcher and a gym. Putney Leisure centre is also just few bus stop away where you can swim as well. Richmond park is in few minutes walking distance….it’s ideal for recreational purposes 🦌 🌳
Location-wise we are close to Barnes, Putney, East Putney and Putney Bridge stations (all short bus ride away- the bus stop is just outside of our house). Hammersmith bridge is also near.
Putney High Street has all the amenities: cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
The household is quiet and chilled. We are all relaxed and mature who respect each other’s personal space. The house is clean, quiet with chilled vibes. We are always happy to have a nice chat when we see each other in the kitchen.
We also have two cats 🐱: Lily and Simba who live downstairs with us, so shouldn’t bother you 😸
The rent is £850/month with all bills, internet and council tax included. The cleaning is also included. I also provide, bedding, bedsheet and towels if needed. The term time is totally flexible - anything between 3-6-12 months
