I will be moving out of my modern flat in end of July-early August that I share with 2 other girls! The room is furnished and comes with an en-suite. The room is £600 a month with off street parking (there a waiting list for underground parking) the girls are social, chilled out and clean! I am hoping to move out during the end of July! But could be earlier! There’s an outdoor communal area, a club house for residents and an on-site bar with discounted drinks/food for residents!

Salford Central train station, the Oldfield Road bus stop and Manchester’s Spinningfields are all within walking distance of under 15 minutes.
