The available room is a furnished double bedroom with an ensuite which includes a bath. The room has a bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I’m currently waiting for my current flatmate to send me some picture of the bedroom and bathroom to add to the listing but I have a video of the room from when I first moved in available that can be seen.
This modern flat is in a secure building with a concierge, a gym and a cinema room. There is a supermarket, a doctors surgery, a park and a tram stop all in walking distance. The council tax is band C.
I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, laidback, LGBT friendly professional to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate who is moving out. The building allows pets. I don’t have any myself but animal lovers/pet owners are welcome! Bills are not included and would be split 50/50, approximately £215 per month per person for electricity, water, council tax and wifi.
