My current flatmate is moving back to Madrid so I am looking for a flatmate to take her bedroom.

Cleaning is the only real requirement. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, so it’s important for me to live with someone who keeps shared spaces clean. If you’re tidy and organised, we’ll get on well.

I’m from Madrid but I’ve been living in Manchester for over 7 years. I work in finance Monday to Friday (2–3 days WFH) and also one night a week in hospitality, usually on Friday. I am currently studying a master’s degree in financial management so I spent most of the days studying in my room or in the library.

I’m a tidy and chilled person. I like going out in the city centre for dinner at spanish and italian places and for drinks and long walks, enjoy swimming, going to the gym and playing futsal, and would like to get back into padel at some point.

The dining table is also a ping pong and pool table, but I rarely use it to be honest. I’m also fine if you have friends or family over for dinner, drinks, or staying over for a few days.

If you’d prefer a smaller desk or any additional furniture, that wouldn’t be a problem. Move-in date is flexible. Short-term lets are also considered.
