I am posting as the flatmate who is leaving. This room would have to be taken quite quickly, as the tenant who was going to move in has suddenly dropped out due to a change in circumstances. The room is available from the 24th of February. Here is a description of the flatmate you will be moving in with:

I’m a keen footballer and novice golfer. I play for the local village team including training 1 night mid week and playing Saturday afternoons. I usually go out to “socialise” after football or have a few team mates back to watch the match. I’m rubbish at golf but I’m tryer.
I work in the NHS mon-Fri 8-4. I gym fairly often in the evenings. I am sometimes providing remote massage in the evenings.
I have a lot of plants in the flat atm. A lot are edible things such as lettuce, tomato cucumber ect.
I like to be clean and tidy. Very respectful of other people’s space.
