I am looking for a flatmate from 1 July 2026. I am 29 years old and I will be starting my social work MA in July. I am looking for a flatmate and although students are preferred for council tax purposes, professionals are also welcome.

The flat is spacious with a lot of storage space walking distance from city centre. I like to read, write, hike, practice yoga and meditation. I love people who have stories to tell. I love making food for people (so this is an extra perk for you if you decide to move in with me.)

The flat is furnished but the room is unfurnished. If this is a problem, I will discuss it with the landlord as they might be able to provide furniture.

There is plenty of parking space if you have a car and a small garden area at the front of the flat.

I don't have my phone with me during the day due to my current job, so if you drop me a message, I will call back to arrange a viewing.
