My flatmate (and his labrador) are moving to Wigan for work, so I’m looking for someone to take his room.

I work in Credit Management (2–3 days wfh) and I’m also studying an MSc in Financial Management. During the week I’m usually studying, at the gym, swimming or sometimes in the library, so the flat is normally quite quiet and relaxed.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and reasonably tidy. I’m not obsessed with cleaning or anything like that haha, I just like keeping the kitchen, bathroom and shared areas in good condition.

I’m quite sociable but not really a party person. I’m completely fine with you having friends or family over for dinner, drinks or staying for a few days. Basically I’d like the flat to feel relaxed and comfortable for both of us.

The room is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures and the move-in date can be flexible. If you prefer a smaller desk or need any extra furniture, that shouldn’t be a problem either.

In my free time I like going out in town for dinner or drinks (especially Spanish and Italian food), long walks, swimming, going to the gym and playing futsal. I’d also like to get back into padel at some point.

The dining table can also be used as a ping pong and pool table, although I don’t use it that much.
