Modern building with river view, co-working space, cafe, concierge and gym. Decent sized double room with ensuite. Shared kitchen/ living space with breakfast bar. Sharing with one other person, myself.

Internet is included in rent so bills are electric & council tax which to around £150/170 pp a month. Also water bill every six months is about £100pp

I’m Josh, 29. I work from home roughly 3 times a week and in the city centre. Very laid back, enjoy the odd night out and also cooking and watching Real Housewives. Very respectful of communal space and privacy. Ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, happy to chill and go out for the odd drink but also respecting each others space.
