My current roomie moves out in mid March so looking to find a suitable replacement asap.

It is a double room with en-suite for rent in Local Crescent, Chapel street, Salford. 25 minute walk to city centre and good bus routes outside the front door. The apartment block has a gym, pool, sauna and steam room which are kept in good condition.

The council tax band is C. I am exempt, meaning the whole-flat rate of £200 --> £135, I am happy to discuss a suitable option for this eg: I pay a bit to you.

The remaining flatmate is myself, a working professional (on a PGCE programme) and in work every day so do not work from home in the day, but do have take-home work on evenings and weekends.

I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, although I like to cook I typically use meal-prep services. I to go to yoga and/ or gym most evenings. It is important to get along with my flatmates, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space is needed.
