A double room in a 2-bed apartment with access to it own bathroom (the other bedroom has an en-suite). There’s a shared open plan living room and kitchen. The apartment has large floor to ceiling windows so has lots of light.

Ideally looking to let for 3 months initially with a view to extending if it works well.

The apartment is 15 minutes walk from Deansgate and Spinningfields and 30 minutes walk from Northern Quarter/Piccadilly. It’s also close to Salford Quays/Media City area and Old Trafford football stadium. The closest metrolink station is Cornbrook, 10 minutes walk away.

There’s a Sainsbury’s supermarket, Co-op, gym and retail park within 5 minutes.

McDonalds and KFC are 2 minutes away.

I work from home 2/3 days a week. I spend equal amounts of time at home and out. I usually dance a couple of times a week and go to the gym after work. I spend one weekend day with family. I like occasional late nights out but not every weekend. I’m looking for someone who is happy doing their own thing but also doesn’t mind doing some things together. I like to keep the apartment clean so looking for someone who’s clean and tidy as-well.
