Hi I’m Jas and I have a double room to rent in a two bedroom apartment. It is £900 a month including all bills. Fully furnished with a large terrace which can be used all weathers. I’m 54 and this is my home so it’s relaxed and homely, definitely no loud parties. There is only one bathroom with a bath and shower, which would be shared with myself.
