I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared 3 bedroom house. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. It will be the front downstairs room.

The house is spacious and very well looked after. Looking for a female tenant. A cat is owned by one of the tenants you will be living with so must be comfortable with that.

Located within a 20 minute walk to Salford Uni Frederick Road Campus. Lots of local amenities and great transport links to Manchester City Centre.

Contract runs from June 2026 - June 2027. May move in may be available if required.

Available for students or Summer 2026 graduates. (as a graduate you will be required to also pay council tax)

Photos can be provided upon request!
