Master double room with ENSUITE in city centre! FEMALES ONLY.

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in my beautiful flat, based just a 10-minute walk from Market Street (I'm based on Chapel Street)

The room available is the large master and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and en-suite! 🥰

I WFH in the lounge/kitchen 2/3 days a week (Mon-Fri)as I have the smaller box room with no space for a desk.

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend on 28th Feb closer to her new job so will be taking over her lease. Contract is up on 27th September, with the option of extending then ☺️

I'm up early for the gym most days and spend the evenings either watching some TV or dinner and drinks with pals. Looking for someone who ideally works out the flat due to my WFH situation (or hybrid) and also friendly but has their own life/friends in Manchester already (and this is definitely not a party flat).☺️

My ideal flatmate would slot in nicely, friendly, tidy and doesn't like to blare music at night 🫠 also respectful and that also enjoys their own space.

Roughly £220 pm for council tax and bills each month.
