We have a bright, comfortable room available in our modern flat in Salford (M3 area), in a great location with easy access to the city centre and transport links.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly working professionals in our early to late 20s. We all work full-time, so the flat is usually quiet during the day, with relaxed evenings in. We enjoy cooking, watching TV, and having the occasional night out, but this is very much a calm, respectful home rather than a party flat.

The room is well-sized and comes furnished, with plenty of storage. The flat has a spacious shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen (well-loved by people who actually cook), and a clean, modern bathroom.

We’re tidy, considerate, and easy to live with, and we’re looking for someone similar — ideally another professional who values a comfortable, friendly place to live.
