Hi, I am moving out of my accommodation soon and will need someone to replace my tenancy. I’ll be moving out fully on the 6th of February so the next day shall be available for move-in.
The rent is incluson of bills and wifi, totalling 693.34.
The room comes with a TV and is an en-suite and you’ll be sharing the living room+kitchen with other flatmates, however I’ve never had any issue about using the kitchen as they usually keep to themselves.
Has one big wardrobe and a smaller one for coats.
Building also comes with Gym, Cycle storage and Laundry room.
