I’m looking for a roommate to move into my new flat with me. You’d have a lovely double room with a built-in wardrobe, fully furnished. There are two bathrooms, so you’d have your own - a spacious one with a shower and a bath.

The apartment is in Castlefield/Deansgate, a great location close to the city centre, tram stop, gym, shops etc. The apartment has a south-facing balcony and the building has a private garden area outside. The flat also has underfloor heating, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room we’d share. There is also a parking spot that can be rented at an extra cost!

A bit about me: I’m 20 and doing a degree apprenticeship in Manchester city centre. I work in the office 3–4 days a week and from home 1–2 days. I’m very organised and clean, and I’ll always keep all shared spaces tidy. I enjoy going to the gym, cosy nights in, and also trying new restaurants & going out out.
