I have a spare room in the place I am currently renting which I'm weighing up options for a housemate to join my home. The photos are marked with which would be the spare room, this will be unfurnished so you can add a double or single bed if you wish :)

The home has a kitchen, dining room (not on photos), garden, living area, 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. The current 'office' would be transferred into your room, and there is another empty room that would be an office but can also share for storage.

Open to short term or long term, currently a rolling contract :)

50 bus is a 2 minute walk away, other buses are about 10 minute walk alongside tram stop Langworthy, Lidl/Tesco all very close by.
Street parking is included.
I have cats in which I'd prefer a housemate who likes cats not just tolerates them, but all cat responsibilities would be mine not yours.

Ideally someone who will share similar interests but also likes their own space.

£475 (including wifi) + even 50/50 split of bills (water, gas, electric, council tax).
