Hey, my name’s Eva and I go to Manchester Metropolitan Univeristy, and I’m looking to move out as soon as possible so I’m looking for a considerate, genuine person (preferable female) to take my place! If you take the room, you will have the biggest room in the house with central heating, a bathroom to share with one other person on the bottom floor and a fully furnished environment. It is preferred to meet your potential future housemates before moving in so you can get to know each other and get along faster! This is a very cleanly household with two harmless, adorable kittens and you’re free to drink/smoke/vape, etc (its recommended you smoke/vape outside but myself another housemate of mine vape inside). TV license and water are free, and our bill option leaves you with unlimited use of heating/electricity. Everybody here is lovely, sociable and very easy to get along with.
