We're respectful, responsible & very clean modern Muslims. A chill, but professional household. The current flatmate is lovely but moving out soon.

Want long a term Muslim or Female flatmate, however will see how we get on first. Creative, professional or mature student please! Halal/veg preferred but not essential.

Looking for either a semi sociable or quiet person - fine if you want your own space or to hang out sometimes with food, cafes, Netflix, do creative things together.

Definitely not looking for a party animal or someone who doesn't respect home, hygiene, family & decency.

The room has been freshly painted & all carpets in flat (including this room) professionally cleaned. No drilling/painting but some decorating is fine.

Balcony & living room have been recently renovated. You will get your own space in kitchen & bathroom cupboards too.

Extra storage on top of wardrobe & end of bed. Smoking on the balcony only! Superfast fibre WIFI directly opposite rooms. We're the top floor flat.

Furniture includes: double bed, mattress, duvet, 2 pillows, new textiles - mattress protector, matching bedding, black out curtains, bedside table, small desk/dressing table with storage stool, 2 door large wardrobe, washing basket, storage box, 2 large mirrors, 3 back of door hooks, 4 way plug socket extension lead, dimmable lamp & decorations.

Plenty of towels, dishes, cutlery, coat & shoe rack in hallway etc are already provided - however there's some space for your own toiletries & cooking tools too. We're very well equipped.

We have nice neighbours & large shared gardens - perfect for BBQ's & socialising! Car parking & coded gates. TV with Netflix, smart controls etc.

A new secure porch door has been fitted & communal hallway is to be renovated. Ring camera outside the property for extra security, home or away.

5 min walk to Salford central train station & Chapel Street bus stop, 10 mins walk to Deansgate, Spinningfields. 15 mins to Piccadilly Gardens. Lots of nearby parks, shops, transport. I'll happily show you around.
