Looking for a replacement housemate in Salford M6! Double room, private bathroom and parking space included.

The room: Double bedroom on the ground floor with small outside space. Private bathroom with in-floor bath. Can come furnished (bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers, desk etc) or unfurnished.

House: Spacious 2 bedroom house in Chimney Pot Park Salford. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor, living room, kitchen and patio are upstairs. The house was unfurnished so all furniture/decoration is ours.

Location: On the same road as Lidl and a 5 minute walk to Tesco Extra and Salford precinct. 8 minute walk to Langworthy tram stop and loads of bus routes nearby. Quiet residential area with friendly neighbours, never had any trouble in 2 years living here.

Me: 27 year old queer man, I’m a support worker at a charity and work in the office 3 days per week. My partner usually stays over Friday-Sunday and I stay at theirs 1-2 nights a week so you’d have the place to yourself often. I also have a 5 year old indoor/outdoor cat called Basil, he doesn’t like other cats and is scared of dogs so I can’t accept anyone with pets. I like my own space but wouldn’t want to live with a total stranger, occasional evenings together would be great. I have friends round a couple times a month and house parties on Halloween, New Year etc

You: Looking for someone clean, tidy and financially reliable. Preferably male/LGBT and around my age but openminded. Not fussed about smoking or vaping etc
