I’m looking for someone to move into this flat with me. I don’t currently live here, but I’ve already spoken with the letting agent, and the property should be available to move into from 17 July.

It would be great to live with someone friendly and easy-going. I’m always happy to have a chat, and from time to time we could go out for a drink or do something together at the weekend.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate person who enjoys a calm and tidy home environment. I usually work Monday to Friday, roughly from 9am to 6pm, and occasionally I need to travel for work and spend 1–2 days out of town.
