Fully furnished warm double room available in a 3 bed apartment with free off street parking (no permit required). It is a first foor 760 sq foot apartment with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and a shared garden in the courtyard.

All bills are included within the rent (council tax B, electric & gas subject to a fair use allowance of maximum £150 per month otherwise you pay the amount over, extremely fast 500mb internet, water, service charge by the management company, not me). There is also two storage cupboards and storage space above the wardrobes. Can also store items in the third bedroom.

The apartment is conveniently located for pretty much any type of professional as its by all major roads in and out of Manchester, so all modes of transport available. Media City is a circa 20m walk away. It's a 10 min drive from the Salford side of city centre during rush hour, tram and bus stop is a 5 minute walkaway, scooter hire also available if you are so inclined. Can also easily drive to Leeds.

Train stop can be accessed in Eccles 15 mins walk away. Can also easily, tram or bike into Media city or City centre.

Local supermarket is Lidl and Morrisons, both close and in walking distance or Asda and Costco nest Trafford Park. There is also a decent world market in Eccles. West one Retail park is a 5 min walk away which has the usual amenities: gym, retail, mcdonalds, subway, dentist, sunbed, etc. Monton and the Trafford Centre are also walkable but easier to drive for a trendy mini day trip and breakfast.

The carpeted bedrooms have a bed, mattress, mattress foam pad, black-out blind and curtains, 2 wardrobes, desk(s), bedside table(s), mirrors, computer chair, desk lamp, set of draws, bin, notice board, wall artwork. Can use the provided bedding if required: 2 pillows, bed quilt, bed covers. Can remove most things or request additional items if you need. Just let me know what you need to comfortable.

The flat comes with Unlimited 500mb ultra fast broadband but no crypto currency mining please unless you will pay for the electricity usage on a metred arrangement.

Fully furnished kitchen. Gas cooking range, new electric oven. Washing machine and drier. Standard drying racks available.

These apartments do stay comfortably warm all year round. Please though do open the windows when drying washing on the racks as the airflow is minimal so moisture can't escape easily and the humidity can rise.

The living room is comfortable and fun with a new smart TV, sofas, dining table and chairs, recliner chair, blanket, and a range of lightning options for any mood.

I can clean the shared spaces monthly and quarterly.

Bins and shared spaces outside the apartment is cleaned by the management company as well as the upkeep of the shared garden. They are helpful if you need a favour and are wandering about the parallel properties doing jobs frequently.

Lastly the neighbours are mostly retired people so are generally quiet.
