Looking for a flatmate for City Centre Apartment in Castlefield Basin/ St George’s Island.
Walking distance to the Cornbrook tram stop and Deansgate train station and 3/4 mins drive to Old Trafford Stadium and Salford Quays
Apartment have a concierge and 24/7 security on site and maintained to a high standard
I work from home 2/3 times in the week and travel a lot so the apartment is mostly empty.
Very laidback because of my Italian and African upbringing so always up for a chat or even a drink but also understand the importance of personal space.
Free Internet is included in the rent
The living room and bathroom is shared.
Other bills: electricity, council and water comes around £100-150 per month depending on season
