Hi All! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a lovely ensuite room in my flat, as my current flatmate has now moved out. The room is available now and I’d ideally want someone who can move in within the next week or two (please no time wasters). We’ve been living here since 2023 and it’s been a really great place to call home!

One of the best things about the building is the extra amenities, there’s a residents’ lounge and a co-working space, which is ideal if you work from home or just want a change of scene.

I’m pretty easygoing and like to keep the flat clean and calm. I enjoy a chat now and then but also appreciate having my own time, so it would be great to live with someone similar; friendly, respectful, and tidy ☺️
