Hii! I’m moving out (only because I’m moving in with my boyfriend 🥹), so we’re looking for someone to take over my lovely furnished double room.

Honestly, I’ve loved living here and I’m really sad to be leaving. The flat is bright as it faces the sun, it’s modern and in a great location, and my flatmate is genuinely the best person you could ask to live with.

The room is available immediately, so if you’re looking to move soon, we’re pretty flexible with move-in dates.

The room & flat:

* 7th floor flat
* Bright furnished double bedroom
* Your own modern bathroom (with both a bath and shower, and heated towel rail)
* Secure parking space included
* Concierge
* Juliet balcony
* Washer & dryer
* Dishwasher
* Right next to Regent Road Retail Park - super handy for shopping, the gym and everything else
* By the canal
* £660 per month rent
* There is a lift so don’t worry about stairs!

The bedroom comes with:

* Double bed with under-bed storage drawers
* Bedside drawers
* Chest of drawers
* Wardrobe
* Storage bench/stool
* Shelf above the bed
* Two huge windows, so it gets loads of natural light
* Plug sockets on both sides of the bed
* Coat hooks behind the door
* Full-length mirror
*Radiator

Bills
Everything is already set up, so there’s no hassle sorting any of that. You’ll just split everything with my current flatmate. Bills come to around £200 or less per month, which includes council tax, electricity, water and WiFi.

Another huge bonus is our landlady - she’s honestly been amazing. She’s really approachable, easy to get hold of and we’ve always had great, open communication with her. If anything ever needs sorting, she’s quick to help, which makes renting here so much easier.

About your future flatmate ❤️

You’ll be living with a 23-year-old female young professional. She is honestly one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and has been an amazing flatmate. She’s super clean and tidy, really respectful of shared spaces, and just genuinely easy to live with.

She’s got a lovely balance of enjoying her own quiet time but also being really sociable. She’s always up for a chat in the kitchen, grabbing a coffee or a drink, or the occasional flatmate night, but she’s equally happy doing her own thing and totally respects your space. It’s a really relaxed, friendly home where you can have a laugh together without ever feeling like you’re living in each other’s pockets.

We’re looking for someone who’s similarly clean, considerate and easy-going, who’ll treat the flat like home.

If you’re interested or have any questions, just drop me a message! 😊

*A deposit will most likely be needed, but I’ll check how much that will be with my landlady shortly! (Not a crazy amount don’t worry)
