The house is in an excellently residential area with off road parking and is only a short commute from the city center which you can get to in less than 10 minutes on the tram (zone 2) thats less than a 5 minute walk, or a leisurely walk to MediaCity/Salford Quays or Chorlton. A park is only 3 minutes walk down the road.

This large modern double modern room for £930 a month (£1100 for couples) has recently been refurbished to a high bespoke standard with integrated work space to one side of the room followed by a floor to ceiling triple wardrobe with central mirror and bed space to the far side. There are wall storage cupboards over the work space as well as the bed space with remote control down lights looking down. The workstation has three draws to one side as well as two shelves above and double USP plug socket to one side. The bed area has light switch to one side as well as the option to use remote control. The room also benefits from an IKEA sofa bed, IKEA book shelf and coffee table.

With the exception of myself my housemates are in their 20's and early 30's. We also have a cat :)

The house benefits from a living room with 65" tv The kitchen has an oven, hob, and there is also an air fryer, mixer, slow pressure cooker and combi microwave oven.
