The house is a semi-detached fully furnished with GCH, double glazed with all the mod-cons. Living room with 50" tv The kitchen has an oven, hob, and there is also an air Fryer, mixer, slow pressure cooker and combi microwave oven. There are also two bathrooms and one seperte WC .Driveway, Garage (great for bikes and storage)and off-road parking with large gardens to front and rear, house in excellent residential area close to all amenities and bus and metro-link into town. A park is only 3 minutes walk down the road.

with the exception of myself the other housemates are in their 20's and early 30's

The smaller double room for £800 a month has been built to a high bespoke standrard with intergrated workstation, double wardrobe with mirror and overhead storage space above the workstation with downlight. the room has 3 double sockets with ine of them having USB ports also.

The larger spacious double room for £900 (£1050 for couples) a month has a double bed with firm IKEA matress and comprises of modern IKEA furniture of triple wardrobe, two chest of draws, two bedside cabinets, desk, shelves and a floor lamp. There is also an IKEA armchair that opens out into a single bed in the room. The room also has 3 double socket with one offfering a USB port

We have a cat so all new housemates must like cats :)

This is one of the best locations for public transport across the whole of greater Manchester, taking less than 10 min's to get to the city centre (1.7 miles away)by tram (10 min's by bike) and direct link to airport. Easy access to Motorway as well as Media city only 10 mins bike ride away.
