Hello!
I am looking for a flat mate starting asap! , until the end of the tenancy (end of September), or feel free to stay and renew the contract, however I won’t be after September.
The room is a double with a en-suite Bathroom. Furnished with a Double bed, drawers and a side table.

There is a shared Living room, equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and a built in washer and dryer. Public transport is very accessible, there is an exit from the building straight onto the exchange Quays tram stop!

In the property is just myself. A 22 year old female professional. I work late hospitality so I may be coming in and out quite late on. I’m bubbly, friendly, love music and anything cinema, and I love a good pub quiz 🤩. I am a non smoker myself but I don’t mind if you yourself are a smoker. The flat does come with a balcony, however I’m still yet to experience it due to scaffolding being up, and I have not been informed on when that will be taken down.☹️

The council tax band on this property is Salford B.
The tenancy runs out at the end of September, however if you’d like to stay and renew it that’s great, I have plans to maybe be leaving the property once the tenancy is over.
