Hey! I currently live in this flat but am moving out with my partner at the end of January, so need someone to fill my room!

Personally I think the flat is a steal for what it comes with! It gets sunlight all day round, with a balcony facing the canal at the front and a large, south facing rooftop terrace to the back with a picnic table and outdoor storage. The room comes with a parking space free of charge, a double bed with a 1 1/2 yr old memory foam mattress, 3 large fitted wardrobes and under bed storage. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage in the open plan living room and kitchen. The neighbours are so lovely and the apartment block itself is quiet.

There’s a co-op and mini Morrisons 10 min walk away, and Sainsburys, McDonald’s, KFC, TKMaxx, pure gym, JD Gyms, pets at home, Costa, Starbucks and home bargains all a 15 min walk away. Cornbrook tram stop is a 15 min walk and exchange quay is a 10 min walk, approx 20 min walk to deansgate so really well located to plenty of amenities!

The canal is right across the road and is a gorgeous walk right around the Quayside. The landlord is always very helpful and easygoing with all queries/concerns.

The current flatmate is called Andrea, who is a lovely 26 yr old gal who loves reading, reality tv and is a big cinephile (she has also just finished writing her own book which is v impressive to me) She would be interested in living with someone who could also become a friend ☺️
