This building has amazing amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cinema room, 24/7 gym and a roof terrace as well as great communal spaces. Communal space also has washing machines. About a 20 min walk to city centre.
Rent is £750 per month and bills are not included. Bills (council tax, utilities) could be approx. (£230 -£250) but this could change depending on utility usage. There are parking spaces, however these must be paid for monthly (approx. £150) and you will have to be put on a waiting list. Please keep this in mind.
The shower has a dripping issue however the Lettings Agency and Landlord are aware of this issue.
