Double room with en-suite, comes with 1 bedframe, 1 mattress, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Big windows.

The apartment has a washer/dryer and dishwasher, and has a WIFI router, however the WIFI plan is not included in the rent.

Looking for someone who is a working professional, friendly and likes to keep a clean home. You would be living with Samantha (27) who is a working professional. She's friendly, likes cooking, Tv and likes to keep a clean and tidy home.

This building has amazing amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cinema room, 24/7 gym and a roof terrace as well as great communal spaces. Communal space also has washing machines. About a 20 min walk to city centre.

Rent is £750 per month and bills are not included. Bills (council tax, utilities) could be approx. (£230 -£250) but this could change depending on utility usage. There are parking spaces, however these must be paid for monthly (approx. £150) and you will have to be put on a waiting list. Please keep this in mind.

The shower has a dripping issue however the Lettings Agency and Landlord are aware of this issue.
