Hey,

My current housemate is moving out in the next few months, so I’m looking for someone to take over his half of the tenancy.

The available room is an upstairs double room with lots of storage. The house is a large semi-detached house and is really spacious and fully furnished. We have two lounges, an open-plan kitchen, and one shared bathroom. It’s technically a 3-bedroom house, but the third bedroom isn’t available to rent and is really useful as a guest room or extra space.

The area is quiet with friendly neighbours, and we’re right next to a Co-op and a short walk from Lidl and Tesco, so it’s really convenient for shopping. The house is also close to bus routes.

The landlords are really good at getting things sorted and we’ve just had our annual inspection with no concerns.

A bit about me:
I'm a 23 year old trans man (so you must be LGBTQ friendly) who currently works 2 jobs in disability and youth work. I love board games, cooking and music. I do also enjoy a night out when I'm not working a weekend 😅. I’m clean, respectful, reliable and easy to live with.
