I’m looking for someone to replace me in my flat in Salford Quays.

The accommodation comes with WiFi included as part of the rent. The building provides a gym, concierge and a secure underground parking.

Quick access to the tram stop - 4 minutes walk and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop

A bit about the flat:

• It’s a new-build and on the second-floor.
• You’ll have your own fully furnished double room and you get your own separate bathroom.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a washer dryer and dishwasher.

Amenities: There’s a Co-op next door, a large Tesco and Gym Group about 10 minutes away, PureGym just across the road. There’s also a retail park within a 10-minute walk, plus nearby brunch spots, KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks and restaurants

Total bills are roughly £200 (council tax + electricity). With rent being £734.4 giving a rough total with bills £900 - £950.

A bit about my flatmate- she enjoys running, dancing and taking pilates classes in the evenings and over the weekend she likes to go out for brunch or have friends visit.
