Looking for a housemate in a 2 bed house. The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, built-in dresser and a brand new smart TV. It's a very clean house with a large kitchen/diner, separate living room and a really big garden with a patio and recliner.

Bills & council tax will be split with the housemate (estimate around £100 to £150) depending on usage.
