It would be better suited for someone without a car, (although if you do have a car a parking permit would be provided) just with all the amenities close by, Covered area for a bike, with many cycle routes for getting about safely.
A well presented double bedroom available within a refurbished house and recently decorated. Plenty of storage and shelf space for clothes and separate shoe rack 3 wardrobes and underbed storage draws.
Separate office space that will be used only by yourself, there's a corner desk and chair plus more shelves for books, etc in the office room, that's available for you to use.

Relaxed friendly chilled atmosphere and a quiet homely household. Present housemate is clean, and respectful of other people's space, working full time, and would like another female to share the house with, however flexible on this matter.
