I'm looking for one flatmate to join me in my apartment at Michigan Point, Tower D, 6th floor — a premium managed development in Mediacity / Salford Quays.

The rooms:
- En-suite room — private bedroom with its own attached bathroom (£950/month including bills)
- Standard room — private bedroom with exclusive use of a separate bathroom, not shared with me (£850/month inc. bills)

Both available from early July 2026.

The flat:
Michigan Point is a well-spec modern development — concierge building, lift access, good natural light, clean and well-maintained. 6th floor apartment. Has common kitchen, well equiped Gym, and a cinema room.

The location:
- MediaCity UK: ~2 min walk
- Salford Quays & The Lowry: 5 min walk
- Trafford Centre: 10 min drive
- Manchester city centre: 15 min tram

The household:
Currently just me. I'm a finance professional working at MediaCity — I keep the flat tidy, respect shared spaces, and I'm easy to live with. Calm, clean, professional household.

Who I'm looking for:
Ideally another professional or postgrad — someone local (MediaCity, Salford, Manchester), keeps things clean, easy to live with. No strict requirements beyond that.
