I'm looking for someone who can take over my tenancy for the the rest of our contract. Ideally from 11.10 until 07.11 but I'm quite flexible with dates.

It's a beautiful 2 bed flat in the center of Manchester Northern Quarter. Our living room is very bright with big windows, a balcony, a nice kitchen and shared bathroom.

The room itself has a lot of windows and is fully furnished.

My flatmates are a couple in their 20s and they work 9-5. They also own a cute kitten so the new flatmate needs to be ok with that.
